• No registration required for trial
• Full feature access during trial

2.3 Paid Subscription

• €9 per month subscription fee
• Unlimited proposal polishing
• Advanced features as available
• Monthly billing cycle

3. User Obligations

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for:

• Legal business purposes
• Creating professional proposals
• Legitimate freelance and business activities

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Harassment, abuse, or spam
• Copyright infringement or plagiarism
• Generating misleading or false information
• Reverse engineering our AI systems
• Automated scraping or bulk processing

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Fees

• Monthly subscription: €9 per month
• Billing cycle: Monthly, recurring
• Payment method: Credit card via Stripe
• Currency: Euro (EUR)

4.2 Danish VAT

• VAT included in displayed prices where applicable
• VAT receipts provided automatically
• Business customers may be eligible for VAT exemption

4.3 Refunds

• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

• Partial refunds not available for monthly subscriptions (except 7-day guarantee)

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Cancellation by You

• Cancel anytime through your account settings
• No cancellation fees or penalties
• Service continues until end of current billing period
• No refunds for partial months (except 7-day guarantee)

6. Data Processing and Privacy

6.1 Data Processing

• Your proposals are processed by OpenAI's API
• We implement appropriate security measures
• Data processing governed by our Privacy Policy
• GDPR compliance for EU users

6.2 Data Retention

• Free trial: Data deleted immediately after processing
• Paid users: Data retained during subscription + 30 days
• Account deletion: Complete data removal within 90 days

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 AI Accuracy

• No liability for content accuracy or suitability
• Results may vary based on input quality
• Your responsibility to review and modify output

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

8. Limitation of Liability

• Total liability limited to subscription fees paid in last 12 months
